We offer free shipping within Australia for orders of four bottles of any of our products. Anything above or below this quantity is calculated at retailer shipping rates.
Your order will be shipped within 3-5 working days of payment being received.
Express post is available upon request.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you via email and complete your order as soon as possible. If you have ordered several items, we will wait till we have all items ordered and send as one package.
For urgent deliveries, or any other special delivery requirements, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your needs.
For international orders, please contact us directly to place your order.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes - a physical address is required.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and appropriate address.
Returns, Complaints or Errors
Please note: we require notice of any errors or damaged goods within 48 hours from when you receive your order. Product returns will not be accepted without prior written approval. If your order is incorrect in any way please contact us as soon as possible to rectify the situation.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the goods are suitable for their intended use. We reserve the right not to accept returned products that may have been purchased in error, or products that may have been damaged in transit. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
All personal and/or business information we receive remains private. We do not give away, sell, or reuse your personal and/or business information. We use PayPal third party credit card processors, and do not collect or store your credit card information on our system.
